I have always believed that true wellness isn’t just about the absence of illness—it’s about feeling vibrant, resilient, and deeply connected to your body. From a young age, I was drawn to the power of movement, nutrition, and holistic healing, and over the years, that passion has shaped my journey into becoming a holistic wellness practitioner, naturopathic advocate, and functional movement specialist.

The Journey to Healing

My path started in sports and exercise science, where I learned firsthand how the body thrives with strength, movement, and nourishment. As a Division I ice hockey player and MVP track runner, I pushed my body to its limits, but I also witnessed what happens when balance is lost—injuries, chronic fatigue, and burnout.

I saw athletes sidelined by pain, people struggling with stress and inflammation, and individuals searching for answers in conventional medicine, only to be told “everything looks fine” when they felt far from it. That’s when I realized that wellness is about more than just muscles and movement—it’s about energy, alignment, and deep-rooted healing.

This realization led me to naturopathy, holistic nutrition, bodywork therapy, and bioenergetic healing, where I learned that the body is constantly communicating with us—we just have to learn how to listen.

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition, movement, and energy alignment can completely transform someone’s health. I work with clients who are exhausted, in pain, or frustrated because they know something isn’t right, but can’t seem to find the answers. My role isn’t to just treat symptoms—it’s to help uncover the root causes of imbalance and create a roadmap for healing.

My practice is built on the philosophy that:
Food is medicine. What we nourish our bodies with either fuels our vitality or feeds our inflammation. Through holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I help clients make food their ally.
Movement is healing. The body craves movement—not just exercise, but functional, intentional movement that supports longevity, mobility, and strength. Through bodywork, postural alignment, and functional training, I help restore balance and reduce pain.
Energy is everything. Our bodies hold onto stress, emotions, and toxins that can manifest as fatigue, tension, or chronic conditions. With muscle response testing, Marma Detox, and biofeedback therapies, I help clients release what no longer serves them and restore energetic harmony.
Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Just as nature follows a rhythm, so does our health. When we prioritize rest, nourishment, and mindful movement, we create an environment where healing happens naturally.
